The Association of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Georgia organized conference “The Vitamin D International Workshop”. The conference took place on November 24, at the Conference Hall of Hotel “Holiday Inn”. The laboratory “Vistamedi” had the opportunity to take part in it.

At this conference the Professor Paul Lips, who is the head of Endocrinology Department of Amsterdam University Clinic, delivered the lecture. Professor Paul Lips is an internationally recognized specialist for Vitamin D and Osteoporosis.

The topic “25 (OH) Vitamin and Ca methodology for determining” was presented by Nano  Mikaia, medical laboratory  specialist of  “Vistamedi”.
